TZ Lifestyle is an independently owned and operated business with a sole purpose of giving each customer 100% satisfaction.  That in mind, we have worked hard to develop Frequently Asked Questions that might help you in your purchasing decision.  We won't stop until you are completely satisfied.  To achieve this, we strive to reach a personal relationship with each customer.  Thank you for your interest in TZ Lifestyle.


Refund Terms & Conditions

Customers have 30 days after point-of-purchase to return their sunglasses for a 120% return (120% return policy allows for 120% return once every year, anything after that will be a 100% refund or in-store credit for 120% of your initial purchase, offer good for up to one year from point of purchase).  Max limit of 2 pairs will receive the 120% return on a single order. Anything following that will be equal or lesser value exchange.  After the 30 days, customers will have the option to exchange their TZ Lifestyle products for another pair of TZ Lifestyle products of equal value or a 100% refund.  (100% monetary refunds will only be given up to 60 days after point-of-purchase, anything following that will be a 50% refund of in-store credit, offer is only good for up to one year after point of purchase)


60 Day Guarantee

TZ Lifestyle offers a 60 day guarantee on all TZ Lifestyle products.  Should your product break for any reason, simply ship back your broken product/products to the following address:

If for some reason we have discontinued your product, you will have the option to exchange them for any product of equal cost or in-store credit to put towards another TZ Lifestyle product in the first 60 days after purchase.  After the first 60 days, customers have the option of receiving up to 50% of original product purchase for in-store credit or towards replacement of broken product.  Offer valid for up to one year after point of purchase.

Shipment outside of the U.S.

For orders needing shipment outside of the continental U.S. additional charges may apply to cover shipping costs.  Thank you in advance for your consideration and understanding
